The most beneficial omega-3s EPA and DHA support heart, brain, vision, joint, and immune health. The MCTs are derived from coconuts and provide caprylic and capric acids. MCTs are easily digested, metabolized, and absorbed to promote natural energy production and healthy fat metabolism.
