Arugula & Feta Salad with Green Apple Vinaigrette

- 1 tsp. of Carlson Cod Liver Oil, green apple
- 1 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. of honey
- Pinch of sale and pepper
- 3 oz. of arugula
- 1 small green apple, diced
- ¼ cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of celery, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of sliced almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese
- Combine vinaigrette ingredients, and stir well.
- Place salad ingredients into a bowl.
