Smoked Salmon Bagels with Lemony Goat Cheese

  • 2 tsp. of Carlson Cod Liver Oil, lemon or Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon (kids or adult)
  • 4 oz. of goat cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp. of onion powder
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 bagels (such as sesame, everything, plain or onion)
  • 8 slices of cucumber
  • 4 oz. of sliced smoked salmon
  • 2 tsp. of capers
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Dill sprigs


  1. Combine Carlson oil, goat cheese dill, parsley, onion powder, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  2. Split bagels in half and toast them.
  3. Spread half of the goat cheese mixture on each bagel bottom.
  4. Top each bagel with cucumber, salmon, red onion, capers, and dill sprigs.
  5. Add top bagel halves.
