Smoked Salmon Bagels with Lemony Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. of Carlson Cod Liver Oil, lemon or Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon (kids or adult)
- 4 oz. of goat cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp. of onion powder
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 bagels (such as sesame, everything, plain or onion)
- 8 slices of cucumber
- 4 oz. of sliced smoked salmon
- 2 tsp. of capers
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Dill sprigs
Directions
- Combine Carlson oil, goat cheese dill, parsley, onion powder, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Split bagels in half and toast them.
- Spread half of the goat cheese mixture on each bagel bottom.
- Top each bagel with cucumber, salmon, red onion, capers, and dill sprigs.
- Add top bagel halves.
