  • 1 tsp. (1 packet) of Carlson Cod Liver Oil or The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon
  • ½ cup of cooked lentils
  • ¼ cup of cucumber, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. of feta cheese, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. of scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. of parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper
