Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup your choice of milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and broken in half
  • ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp. (1 packet) of Carlson Cod Liver Oil or The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon (adults or kids)

Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend until smooth.

Tip: For additional sweetness, add ½ tsp. honey
