Ingredients
- 1 cup your choice of milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and broken in half
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp. (1 packet) of Carlson Cod Liver Oil or The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon (adults or kids)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend until smooth.
Tip: For additional sweetness, add ½ tsp. honey
