"I got this taurine supplement for my 6-month-old calico kitten because I wanted to support her nutrition while she's still growing. Energy and Digestion
"We have a beautiful Torti cat that we adopted from the shelter about 3 years ago. I've been giving her some of the Carlson Labs Taurine for about a week now, and I can definitely see where her digestion has been working. I usually mix just a little tip of a teaspoon of the Taurine powder into her wet food, and she seems to enjoy it because her eating habits haven't changed. She didn't turn her nose up at it the first time, and she ate normally. After a couple of days, she seemed to be more playful and talking more wanting to play. Since I'm the one that cleans her litter box, I have seen her digestion improve for sure. I plan to keep giving it to her as she it taking to it very well, and I really like what I am seeing!"

Better Accepted with Wet Food!
"I tried this taurine supplement with my cat using the recommended dose of 1/8 teaspoon once a day. I first tried mixing it into her dry food, and she seemed a bit hesitant to eat it, like she noticed something different in the taste or texture. Then I tried mixing it with wet food (pâté/purée style), and acceptance was much better: she ate it without any issue. One thing I was curious about was whether the supplement would make her more energetic or "hyper," but that wasn't the case at all. She stayed calm and relaxed as usual, with no noticeable change in behavior. It's now an easy part of her daily wet food routine, and I love that it's simple to give her a nutrient many cat foods don't fully cover."
