"Easy to swallow even though the capsules are large. The outside of the capsules aren't flavored, but they are surprisingly palatable. I've had maybe 2 mildly fishy burps in almost 3 months of taking these. No complaints or side effects. In my case, I'm not expecting to see measurable improvements from this supplement, so I can't comment on follow-up lab testing or anything like that."
