Earning our WBENC Certification was extremely important to us. It’s the ultimate seal for women-owned businesses in the United States and provides an outstanding network of female business leaders. Being part of this community means we’re devoted to not just delivering high-quality nutritional supplements but also promoting the professional advancements of women.
– President Carilyn Anderson

A Rigorous Review Process
The WBENC Certification process includes an in-depth review of the business and site inspection to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women and has the appropriate structure and strategic business planning and implementation in place.

Supporting & Empowering Women
As a women-owned company, Carlson embodies a unique blend of care and commitment to health. We understand firsthand the specific nutritional requirements and wellness concerns of women and their families and bring a distinct perspective to product development. Being women-owned and led also allows us to inspire and empower other women, encouraging them to take charge of their health and the health and wellbeing of their families.

Supporting Women in the Industry
Carlson is also a sponsor, member, and supporter of Women in Nutraceuticals (WIN), whose mission is to empower women in the industry to unlock their personal and professional potential. WIN is a non-profit that aims to increase female leadership roles in the nutraceutical industry, secure funding for women-led businesses, and improve women’s participation in science and research.
