Ingredients
Salad
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- ½ cup of kale or spinach, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. of scallions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. of cilantro, chopped
Dressing
- 1 tsp. of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil, orange
- 1 Tbsp. of unsalted sunflower seeds, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. of pure maple syrup
- ½ Tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. of soy sauce
- ½ tsp. of garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. of red pepper flakes
Directions
- Place salad ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Place dressing ingredients in a small bowl; and whisk together.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat evenly.
