Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup Greek-style plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 scallion, finely chopped (about 1 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a container with a tight lid.
- Shake until well mixed.
- Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
