Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper​

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a container with a tight lid.
  2. Shake until well mixed.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
