Ingredients
1 tsp. (1 packet) of Carlson
The Very Finest Fish Oil
or
Cod Liver Oil
, lemon
½ cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup of dried fruit (such as cranberries, raisins, or blueberries)
2 Tbsp. of unsalted roasted cashews, chopped
1 Tbsp. of unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tsp. of honey
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk), heated
Directions
Stir together Carlson oil, lemon, oats, fruit, cashews, seeds, honey, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl
Pour heated milk over oats; let rest 5-10 minutes
