Hearty Muesli Oats

  • 1 tsp. (1 packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
  • ½ cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup of dried fruit (such as cranberries, raisins, or blueberries)
  • 2 Tbsp. of unsalted roasted cashews, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk), heated


  1. Stir together Carlson oil, lemon, oats, fruit, cashews, seeds, honey, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl
  2. Pour heated milk over oats; let rest 5-10 minutes
