  • ½ cup of plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. of water
  • 8 frozen or fresh strawberries
  • ½ of a banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp. of Carlson Cod Liver Oil, fruit splash or Kid's Cod Liver Oil, bubble gum


  • Place all ingredients into a blender container. Blend until smooth.
