- ½ cup of plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. of water
- 8 frozen or fresh strawberries
- ½ of a banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 tsp. of Carlson Cod Liver Oil, fruit splash or Kid's Cod Liver Oil, bubble gum
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender container. Blend until smooth.
