Fruit & Cheese Skewers with Orange Dip

Ingredients

Dip

  • ⅓ cup of plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp. of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil, orange (adults or kids)
  • 1 Tbsp. of maple syrup
  • Yellow and red food coloring, optional

Fruit Skewers

  • 4 wood skewers
  • 4 cubes of Swiss cheese (about 1 in.)
  • 4 cubes of cheddar cheese (about 1 in.)
  • 4 strawberries
  • 4 green grapes
  • 4 chunks of melon (about 1 in.)

Directions

  1. Mix dip ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. If desired, stir in two drops of yellow food coloring and one drop red food coloring to make orange.
  2. Thread fruit and cheese onto skewers in any pattern.  
  3. Serve skewers with dip.
