5 g of Ribose per Serving

  • 1 packet (5 g) of Carlson Ribose
  • 1 cup of your favorite fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or melon)
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 3 - 4 ice cubes

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender container. Process until smooth.
