I like the fact that the bottle is dark colored to protect the oil from rancidity as well. Capsules may be too large for people who have a hard time swallowing capsules though. I also experienced some persistent "fishy" aftertaste and heartburn throughout the day. While the nutritional value is excellent, those with a sensitive system or difficulty with larger pills should take them with a heavy meal to minimize the reflux.
