"Cod liver oil seems to be the best way to get omega-3. Non-GMO with EPA, DHA, and vitamin D3. Wild caught Arctic Cod. Comes from an FDA regulated facility. I used cod liver oil in part along with additional supplements and better eating habits to lower my triglyceride levels by 44% in 6 months! This is a safe supplement to take regularly and my understanding is that most people do not get enough omega-3 in their diet."
