- 1 packet (5 g) of Carlson Ribose
- ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. of tahini paste
- 1 Tbsp. of unsalted pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp. of ground flax seeds
- 3 - 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender container. Process until smooth.
