Written by

Vitamin D3 is a superstar immune-boosting nutrient linked to many health benefits. It’s a vitamin we can get through food and also a hormone our body makes from the sun. But despite the multiple ways of getting vitamin D, many of us are still deficient due to changing seasons, sunscreen, skin tone, age, and sun protection. Carlson makes it easy to get our daily dose of vitamin D with strengths and forms for the whole family.

Test Your Vitamin D Levels

Make sure you're getting enough vitamin D, by take a Vitamin D Test. The Vitamin D Test Kit is a simple, at-home finger prick test that measures the amount of D3 in our blood by the gold standard LC-MS/MS method. Vitamin D blood levels in the range of 30-100 ng/mL have been associated with bone, immune, brain, and heart health. Results are sent within two weeks. Once we know our vitamin D levels, we can make diet and lifestyle modifications to improve our levels in as little as a few months (if needed). Progress can be monitored by taking another test.
