Avocado Fruit & Nut Toast

  • ¼ cup of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots)
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsalted pumpkins seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsalted cashews, chopped and roasted
  • 1 tsp. (1 Packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • ¼ tsp. of salt
  • ½ of an avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted


  1. Stir together fruit; seeds; nuts; Carlson oil, honey, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Evenly divide avocado slices on toasted bread slices. Top with fruit and nut mixture.
