Ingredients
¼ cup of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots)
1 Tbsp. of unsalted pumpkins seeds
1 Tbsp. of unsalted cashews, chopped and roasted
1 tsp. (1 Packet) of Carlson
The Very Finest Fish Oil
or
Cod Liver Oil
, lemon
1 tsp. of honey
¼ tsp. of salt
½ of an avocado, sliced
2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted
Directions
Stir together fruit; seeds; nuts; Carlson oil, honey, and salt in a medium bowl.
Evenly divide avocado slices on toasted bread slices. Top with fruit and nut mixture.
