Ingredients
- ¼ cup of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots)
- 1 Tbsp. of unsalted pumpkins seeds
- 1 Tbsp. of unsalted cashews, chopped and roasted
- 1 tsp. (1 Packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
- 1 tsp. of honey
- ¼ tsp. of salt
- ½ of an avocado, sliced
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted
Directions
- Stir together fruit; seeds; nuts; Carlson oil, honey, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Evenly divide avocado slices on toasted bread slices. Top with fruit and nut mixture.
