Avocado Egg Salad Toast

  • ½ of an avocado, mashed
  • 1 tsp. (1 Packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped
  • 1½ Tbsp. of red onion, diced
  • ½ tsp. of jalapeno, minced
  • ¼ tsp. of salt
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread; toasted


  1. Stir together mashed avocado; Carlson oil, egg, onion, jalapeno, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Evenly divide avocado mixture on toasted bread slices.
