Ingredients
- ½ of an avocado, mashed
- 1 tsp. (1 Packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
- 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped
- 1½ Tbsp. of red onion, diced
- ½ tsp. of jalapeno, minced
- ¼ tsp. of salt
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread; toasted
Directions
- Stir together mashed avocado; Carlson oil, egg, onion, jalapeno, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Evenly divide avocado mixture on toasted bread slices.
